May not break the fashion blogs but the shirt is versatile and comfy to boot. Also, I'm proud I can get into my 16s again. the XL of the op fit fine, but i wanted something that could hide the muffin top until it goes away...

also, very tired, sorry for the dead eyes. had a flat tire at 3 am. in the rain....

    I think you're doing wonderful in making your lifestyle (healthier lifestyle) change. Don't beat yourself up about the challenges. It's just all a part of the process. And remember, when it comes to getting/being in shape, it's not about weightloss, it's about health. A toned body is the way to go.

    My wife and I started using a kettlebell regimen two years ago and she's reduced four sizes since. Everyone comments about how much weight she's lost when she's probaby gained a bit due to the increased muscle toning. We/she doesn't know how much she weighs for sure because we don't use a scale, preferring not to even own one because they aren't an accurate barometer of one's progress.

    I'm a man and I think you look great! So, keep working hard and don't hurt yourself about 'weight'. You have a nice body that will continue to get and look healthier. Moreover, mental health is just as important, right? Now, go get 'em, tiger! :
